Limited Warranty

Electra-Lock wire fence products purchased from an authorized dealer or contractor are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of ten years from the date of purchase. The warranty will provide coverage against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, abuse and/or misuse are not covered by this warranty. Prompt notification shall be given to Electra-Lock Fencing Systems, Inc. of any defective product. Electra-Lock Fencing Systems, Inc. agrees to replace, at its discretion, any goods covered by this warranty within 60 days of said notification.

This warranty is void under the following conditions:

  • The product is used for any purpose other than fencing.
  • Any product defects arise from conditions other than those considered to be normal working conditions, misuse and damage by flood, fire or acts of God are not covered by this warranty.
  • If the fence is installed other than strictly in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines.
  • Damage sustained while in transit or on the Dealer’s premises.
  • If the fence is sprayed with any sodium based weed killer. This will decrease the life of the coating and cause premature rust.
  • If the warranty registration card is not completed and returned to Electra-Lock Fencing Systems, Inc. within 60 days of purchase date, together with one original product label from a roll, plus a copy of your purchase receipt.
This warranty does not cover any consequential loss or damage howsoever arising and is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased excluding freight, removal and installation charges. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to your purchase.)

With the return of the Warranty Registration to Electra-Lock Fence, Inc., the purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions for the purchase of their Electra-Lock fence product as stated above.
